Started in 2021, the Foundation’s Book Hook Fund provides grants for libraries in small rural Alaska communities (5,000 or less people). Grants range from $500-$1,000 and can be used to purchase reading materials for the public- books and periodicals, or software. We’re excited to announce that $12,400 in grants were distributed to the following libraries in Alaska:
